IMCAC provides the following services:
Accreditation and certification of institutions, programs, and professionals.

Board certification, examinations, and professional memberships.

4. Use of Website & Content

All fees for accreditation, certification, training, or events must be paid in full before services are rendered.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by IMCAC.
In the event of program cancellation by IMCAC, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer fees to another program.

6. Accreditation & Certification Disclaimer
Accreditation and certification are subject to review, compliance with IMCAC standards, and successful completion of all requirements.
IMCAC reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke accreditation or certification if institutions or individuals fail to meet established criteria.
IMCAC accreditation does not replace local regulatory approvals or licensing requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability
IMCAC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or materials.
IMCAC does not assume responsibility for actions taken by accredited institutions or certified professionals.

8. Code of Conduct
All IMCAC members, partners, and participants must uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity. IMCAC reserves the right to withdraw services if violations occur.
