Refund Policy – IMCAC

At the International Medical Competency Accreditation Council (IMCAC), we value the trust of our members, participants, and institutional partners. Our Refund Policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness in situations where cancellations or withdrawals may occur.

1. General Policy
All payments made to IMCAC for membership, accreditation, certification, training programs, workshops, or events are non-refundable unless otherwise specified under special circumstances.
Refund requests will be considered only if they comply with the conditions outlined below.

2. Training Programs, Workshops & Events
‍Cancellations by Participants:
Requests made 30 days or more before the start date – Eligible for a 50% refund (administrative charges apply).
Requests made less than 30 days before the start date – No refund will be issued.

‍Cancellations by IMCAC:
If IMCAC cancels or postpones an event, participants may choose to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the next available event/program.

3. Accreditation & Certification Fees
‍Application fees for accreditation, certification, and evaluation are non-refundable, as they cover administrative and review processes.
If accreditation/certification is denied or withdrawn, fees already paid will not be refunded.

4. Membership Fees
Membership fees (individual or institutional) are non-refundable once payment is processed.
Members retain access to benefits until the end of the subscription period.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as:
Duplicate payments due to technical errors.
Proven cases of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
Other special cases at the discretion of IMCAC’s management.

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only.
Any bank or transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
